I am a multi-passion business entrepreneur.
I’m a creator, a designer, energy facilitator, teacher, shamanic practitioner, and spiritual life coach.
My work focuses on helping you reconnect with who you truly are, beyond the conditioned mind by reestablishing a connection with energy, joy, feminine energy, and Mother Earth.
I am a shamanic apprentice under the Q’ero lineage of the Andes and Shipibo-Conibo from the Amazon. I’m also a lineage carrier of the Munay-Ki Rites and the Rite of the Womb. I bridge ancient wisdom and modern life.
My offerings are devoted to guiding you back to your truest self, dissolving self-limiting beliefs, and guiding you to REconnecting with our earth.
I hold deep respect for indigenous teachings. It was the Earth wisdom that transformed my life and today I share the concepts that helped me with who feels called to learn and transform as well.
Why I do what I do?
I wasn't born into a spiritual household. I was born in Lima, Peru, with a corporate background in design, and it was when we tried to have a baby that everything changed. The perfect plot twist that rewrote my life.

Something amazing happens when you start facing your deepest fears and addressing the disconnection within you. It didn’t happen overnight—it’s been a long process of unlearning, deprogramming, and integrating the truest version of myself.
I wasn’t born in a spiritual or shamanic family. I was born in Lima, Peru, from a young age I lived in Brazil, later as a young adult moved to Australia and NYC.
I have a corporate background in strategy, graphic design and art direction. It was when we tried to have a baby when things changed.
A few years ago, life threw me a massive curveball that changed everything. It was a challenging time, but today I know it was the perfect master plan to trigger my curiositiy and to align with my truest purpose.
I was exhausted for so long, disconnected from my body… Deep down, I always knew something was missing….I just kept the autopilot going. Because that’s what we usually do.
Years of doctors, diets, surgeries, mental health issues, spiritual awakening and inner healing shifted my consciousness, it triggered a journey of self-discovery and transformation. That journey led to the healing of my soul, the reconnection with my ancestors, and a magical path of studies with indigenous traditions from Peru.
I started learning from the Q’ero elders from the Andes and the Shipibo-Conibo maestros from the Amazon rainforest.
The Light Arts was created from the alchemy of my own journey of self-transformation. A multi-passion business where design, meet earth based spirituality, shamanism and empowerment.
I learnt that the more I released old belief systems and societal conditioning from my mind, the more I was able to access joy, expansion, and freedom of expression.
Today, I help women do the same, using the tools and techniques that supported my own transformation and the teachings of my maestros.
In my work, I weave intuitive guidance, energy facilitation, and shamanism. I walk alongside those who are ready to transform, those who feel the pull toward a new way of being, one that is in deep alignment with their true nature, the Earth, and a higher consciousness.
I also support conscious business owners in bringing their visions to life, mentoring them in brand strategy, design and coaching.
My method is who I am—it’s all woven together. Energy, coaching, my years in the corporate world as a businesswoman (thank you, Capricorn rising!), and my inner fire of creation, guided by my connection to nature and my shamanic path under the Q’ero lineage of the Andes and the Shipibo-Conibo.

I dropped alcohol a few years ago and I didn’t look back. I feel more focused, I sleep better, and feel better.
I’m happily married to an Aussie. If you were wondering, he has a ‘muggle job’.
We are child-free, not by choice but because sometimes life happens, more about that here.
I practice the 5 Rhythms. It is the way I pray, the way I flow, the way I transmute, the way I connect with spirit and myself.
Nature is my happy place—the mountains, the jungle, the sea. Silence is my teacher, introspection is how I integrate and recalibrate.
I identify with neurodivergence—I don't have a formal diagnosis, but I have my life story and lived experience. This awareness came to me through serendipitous life situations, and I'm still navigating what it means to understand myself more fully. I identify with ADHD and SPS (High Sensory Processing Sensitivity). It felt like someone handed me a map to who I truly am. The journey continues. Read the story here.
