There is a quiet, ancient wisdom that lives inside you.

It does not force. It flows.
Feminine energy is soft and strong, wild and wise, surrendered and sovereign.

She is the rhythm of the ocean,
the whisper of the forest,
the pulse of the Earth.

She is your womb, your heart, your breath.
She has never left you, you simply got distracted,
and you are being called to remember.

Indigenous lineage healing training — feminine energy awakening

You are summoned to remember the ancient ways.
To remember when you sat around the fire with other women, to activate the cellular memory that pulsates within you.

This is not only a training,
It is a reclamation.

When in truth, a woman who awakens and steps into her full divine feminine power is a force of nature.

When you step into the path of the womb keeper a “sobadora”, you become a portal, a guide who supports women in remembering and reactivating the full spectrum of the divine feminine within them.

For centuries women were brainwashed to shrink, to doubt, to believe we are powerless…

Womb keeper training — Curanderismo lineage Sydney

The Sophia Christ Consciousness moves through this path—the divine feminine presence that breathes through all of life. She guides us in devotion to Pachamama (Mother Earth) and the remembering of ancestral indigenous wisdom.

For when a woman rises into her inner power, her world quietly begins to shift.

And yet, most modern women—especially those in fast-paced cities and demanding careers—live almost entirely from their masculine energy. They feel exhausted, emotional, disconnected… not knowing there is another way back to themselves.

As womb keepers, we are here to share the medicine, embody the wisdom, and hold the space where women can soften, transform, and remember what their bodies have always known.

Divine feminine awakening — sacred womb training Australia

‘Sobada de matriz’,
womb massage

Sobada comes from the Spanish verb sobar, meaning “to knead or rub.”

Sobada is a traditional therapeutic practice rooted in Curanderismo—specifically the healing wisdom of Mesoamerican cultures (including Mexico, Guatemala, El Salvador, and surrounding regions).

It is grounded in earth-based wisdom and the connection to Spirit, lineage, and the rhythms of nature. This Curanderismo training is offered in Australia in its original form, passed on as it was taught to me—not adapted into a Westernised modality.

Energy healing apprenticeship Sydney — womb medicine training

This sacred and safeguarded practice can help women:

✓ Reconnect with their most precious organ, their womb space
✓ Stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation
✓ Release stored tension and emotional imprints
✓Awaken feminine creative energy
✓Restore emotional flow

This work is as much energetic as it is physical. It nourishes the water element, linked to emotion, intuition, softness, and the divine feminine.

As this energy flows, the Feminine awakens through you, through me, through all of us. When a woman feels safe to rise, she becomes a goddess: empowered, sovereign, confident, and true to her essence—free to fully express herself.

FAQ

  • No. While it’s helpful if you already work with massage, energy healing, or women’s work, it’s not required.

What matters most is that you feel the call to the feminine path, have a genuine desire to support women, and are ready to learn both the physical and energetic aspects of this practice.

  • Sobada Womb massage is a hands-on, lineage-rooted practice that requires touch, presence, and correct positioning.

It cannot be learned properly online, it is possible however, this is not my style.

In-person training ensures you receive guidance, correction, and feedback so you can honour this work with integrity and respect for the tradition it comes from.

  • Yes, and No. Let me explain.
You will learn the foundations, the technique, the hand movements, the energetics, the principles behind the work, and best practices.

However, becoming a womb keeper is also a path of embodiment. Your confidence and mastery grow through practice, devotion, and continuing to work with women after the training.

You will also need to complete at least 12 hours of hands-on practice (12 massages).

  • No, and this is intentional. I do not teach a Westernised, accredited version of this medicine. I study and practice the way my teachers and maestros taught me, within the living Curanderismo and indigenous lineage I'm part of. The manual I created exists to bridge this knowledge for a Western mind, but the practice itself stays rooted in how it was given to me—not adapted to fit an accreditation body.

If you're looking for a certified, accredited modality you can list with a professional association, this isn't that course.

If you're looking to learn medicine as it's actually carried and respect with integrity the lineage it comes from, this is for you.

Note: while I personally hold professional insurance through IICT as a practitioner, this training does not provide accredited certification or insurance eligibility for graduates. It is a transmission of lineage-based practice, not a Westernised qualification.

  • It is both.
Sobada womb massage works on the physical body (muscles, fascia, blood flow) while also supporting the emotional and energetic body.

Many women feel a sense of grounding, emotional release, clarity, or a deeper connection to their feminine energy and intuition.

  • This massage is supportive for most women, especially those who feel disconnected from their womb, experience stress, emotional stagnation, creativity blocks, cycle imbalances or want to reconnect with their feminine energy.

It is also helpful for women on a healing journey, spiritual path, or those exploring earth-based feminine wisdom.

  • Yes. The training honours Curanderismo and is taught with deep reverence for its Mesoamerican roots. You will learn the cultural context, the spiritual principles behind the practice, and how to carry this work with integrity, humility, and respect for the lineage.

If you ever feel the call to travel to Mexico and learn from curanderas, I can provide their details.
