How we work together during our 90 min

We open in conversation—approx. 30 min
Intuitive life coaching to witness what's alive in you right now. What wants to shift. What your system is asking for. This is where limiting beliefs, energetic blocks, and stuck patterns are named and met with clarity.

Sound carries you across the threshold
Before the hands-on energy healing begins, sound opens the field—softening the grip of the thinking mind and inviting your body to receive. This is the transition from words into something deeper.

Your body receives the energy healing—approx. 45 min
Depending on what your system is calling for, we work with Reiki, Access Bars, or a weaving of both. Stuck energy moves. The nervous system settles. What's been held in the body begins to release at a level beneath conscious thought.

We integrate what came through
We close by naming what landed—so the energetic shift doesn't evaporate the moment you walk out the door. You leave with something you can actually carry.

I don't prescribe which energy healing modality you receive—I feel into what your system is asking for, and sometimes that's both. If you want to understand the difference before we meet, I've written about each below.

Universal life force energy channelled through gentle touch, supporting deep rest, nervous system regulation, and energetic restoration. Available in person in Sydney and online.

32 points on the head that, when gently held, release stored thoughts, feelings, and limitations from the energy field — like clearing the mental hard drive. In person only.

I'm a Peruvian-born, Australian energy facilitator and shamanic practitioner and apprentice under the Q'ero lineage of the Andes and the Shipibo-Conibo from the Amazon. I bridge ancient earth wisdom with modern life and I guide from the path I've walked, not from theory.
This work found me through my own unravelling. I'm also a Womb Keeper and lineage carrier of the Rite of the Womb, the feminine body has always been central to how I hold this work. Today I hold space for others doing the same.
